I worked at the fintech startup Monstro as part of a team creating a wealth management web app for ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

My tasks:
- Created & implemented site map
- Led design system & requirements documentation; SaaS and Agile processes
- Headed user research; designed all user flows & personas
- Designed user flows, stories and prototypes for UI integration

- Advocate for users 

USER RESEARCH

Personas

I documented who our users were and created personas early to ensure I had the users in mind through the entire design process.

Sitemaps & Navigation

I documented what our site would cover, and what features we desired to have for our users.

I also created the sitemap for the admin consumer-facing side of the main website.

User Flows

I was in charge of all user flows for the product; I would receive requirements and have team discussions, then create the different flows.

Wireframes & Prototypes

Early prototypes and sketches were focused on landing page and registration.

Wireframe for Overview/Dashboard, and first prototype.

I also created content & prototypes for the advisory side of the site.

Design System

We started building the design system in Figma using an atomic organization.
