PIECES
Outdoor Adventures Booklet
Outdoor Adventures, one of the sectors inside the department, needed a way to display to students the upcoming programs and events. I came up with this template and first issue for the Spring 2018 semester.
I used OA's brand colors as well as lots of photos - that is part of their brand identity.
I used my love of puzzles and problem-solving to ensure that all the information would fit in a 4-page format as well as be conveyed successfully. I took inspiration from Pinterest as well as publications like National Geographic.

5.280 Mile High Challenge T-Shirt
KSU's climbing gym needed a design for their Mile High climbing challenge. The director wanted something with mountains and trees.
The challenge with this piece was the necessity for 1 color; the design was going on a t-shirt and needed to be affordable. I made use of negative space so this design could be used across different products.
The climbing gym staff loved it and it's still being used on shirts today!

K-S-U bottle/shirt design
For one of their promotional events, the department gave t-shirts and water bottles as prizes. A new design was needed to showcase the entire department, individual sectors, and values. Pictured below is my water bottle with the design!
