I am a designer who has come to love the challenge of taking on the unknown - whether it be in the workplace or when traveling to a new place. I love exploring the world and reading weird literature. I enjoy finding opportunities to help others and learn new things from them. Problem-solving and puzzles captivate me and I love getting to solve them with design.
With a background in graphic design since I was a teenager, I have extensive experience in both print and digital materials including catalogs, flyers, posters, infographics, and social media graphics. Illustrator & Photoshop are my tools of choice as I enjoy the flexibility these programs offer. I also have experience in prototyping beautiful, user-friendly web & mobile interface designs (including navigation menus, icons, and responsive design) using Figma and Sketch.
User research is one of the things I love most. It's fascinating getting to sit down with real people, learning about their motivations, goals and initiatives, and using that information to build a product that’s perfect for them. Creating personas, user stories, wireframes and prototypes combines my interest in problem-solving with my love of design and drives me to produce my best work.
I am a very detail-oriented and organized person. When working on a project, I like to create a product that meets requirements while also exceeding expectations. I enjoy collaboration and think that it is a great opportunity to bring everyone’s skills to the table, ensure that a product’s design is informed by many perspectives, and help others discover their potential.
